Caroline Stinson, LPC

Caroline has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from LaGrange College, and Bachelors Degrees in both Psychology and Music Pedagogy from Point University in West Point. She has worked in community and government settings with adults who have severe mental illnesses, trauma, and has vast experience with substance abuse; working with adults in rehabilitation programs and step-down programs. She is very passionate about helping the younger population navigate grief and trauma through art and expression. She has worked with adolescents individually and in group settings to help process grief. She is trained in leading mindfulness groups and has worked with musicians to address performance anxiety and trauma with mindfulness and meditative techniques. Caroline is a trained drum circle facilitator and uses drumming techniques in her individual counseling as well. Caroline’s goal is to create a safe, encouraging, and hopeful space for her clients. Life’s challenges can be difficult, and she wishes to help her clients acknowledge and work through these challenges in a therapeutic setting.
